Shipping policy

Working days are defined as Monday – Friday.

Any orders placed will be posted the following working day, this may take longer for international orders.

 

All orders will be shipped when all items from the order are available.

We suggest placing pre-orders separately to make sure all items arrive within a timely manner.

All cards are sleeved prior to shipping. Maximum 4 cards per sleeve.

High value cards may be shipped in hard plastic top loader cases.

 

Postage Options for UK Orders:

  • Royal Mail 2nd Class (3-5 working days) - £1.79
  • Royal Mail 1st Class (1-3 working days) - £2.29
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2-3 working days) - £2.99
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-2 working days) - £3.49
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 for all orders over £25.00 - Free

Alternative carriers may be used for larger items or in the event of disruptions to the Royal Mail service.

 

Postage Options for International Orders:

Royal Mail defines countries into different zones.

The following prices will be applicable to all orders dependant on your residing zone:

  • Europe Zone 1 - £12.50
  • Europe Zone 2 - £13.50
  • Europe Zone 3 - £15.00
  • World Zone 1 - £20.50
  • World Zone 2 - £22.50
  • World Zone 3 - £20.00

Orders over certain size and/or weight may come in several packages and you will be emailed with several tracking numbers.

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver items to the following countries due to import/export restrictions:

  • North Korea
  • Iraq
  • Ukraine
  • Russia
  • Belarus
  • Syria

 

For Mainland UK Orders:

In the event that your order has not arrived 3 days after the timeframe given for your shipping selection, we will refund the postage cost.

In the event that your order has not arrived 10 days after the timeframe given for your shipping selection, we will fully refund your order.

For International Orders:

Any taxes or duties due to importing will be payable by you to the receiving mail carrier or relevant government body.

Packages may also be opened by both UK Customs and the receiving country's customs agency which may cause slight delays.

If the order has been delayed beyond 30 days, we will refund the postage costs.

If the order doesn't arrive after 40 days, we will fully refund the order.
