Pre-Order Terms and Conditions

Orders that contain pre-order items and in stock items won't be dispatched until all items are in stock. The in stock items will be held until all items of the order have arrived.

All pre-order release dates are estimates only and are subject to change by the manufacturer.

Pre-orders are served on a first come first served basis. Product listings will be updated to reflect items that may arrive in waves due to demand and allocations.

All of our pre-orders are paid upon order. If you would like to cancel a pre-order, please contact us at mailto:support@princeys.co.uk making sure to include your order number and which items of the order you would like to cancel.

Once an item is shipped we will no longer be able to cancel the pre-order and the standard 14 day return policy applies which can be viewed here.

Pre-orders are sent to arrive for release date but this is only an estimate as some items may arrive early/late. Please follow our postage guide here.
